That means that there's no payment method associated with that charge when we sent the transaction off to the payment processor.

Look up that charge via the control panel or API and see if there's currently a payment method listed for the charge. If there isn't, modify the charge and tell Recharge which pay method to use. The transaction should use the new pay method the next time Recharge retries the transaction.
